Is there a horse island near Bethany Beach? What is it like and how far is it?

I saw some things about this on the Ocean City and I think Bethany Beach Forums. You know Bethany Beach is in Delaware, not Va. right. You can go from there to Assateque Island National Seashore or Chincoteague. You might go over to the Bethany Beach forum and post there for good ideas although you could get posts here too from the Chincoteague perspective.
