CW in September

What do I need to know? We have never been before. Our daughter wants to go there for her 16th birthday. I have noticed in researching hotels in the area that several are already sold out. Is something going on from Sept 6-10th? How many days does it take to fully take it in? Any advice would really be appreciated.

I usually recommend two full days for Colonial Williamsburg, if not more. That%26#39;s Labor Day Sept. 7, so it%26#39;s probably the weekend that%26#39;s sold out, not the latter part of the week, my guess anyway.

I wanted to add that they are doing renovations on one of the hotel. I tried booking around that and then I called them, they said they renovate some hotels at that time. You should start looking at everything on their site. They have tons of info! I missed so much last time I was there. Be sure to check out their calendar! =)

My daughter was hoping to do the exact same thing but it ended up not working out. Now we%26#39;re going later instead.
