We are considering renting a house in June and since we are 11 hours away need to know what would be some good questions to ask the realty company about the property. Currently we are looking at Blue Paradise with Siebert Realty, if anyone has stayed there before any info you can share would be greatly appreciated, thanks!

Nice house. I advise you to book it now. That is if you want it. Ask them what year it was built, the homes sq ft, and if the home has been renovated after it was built. I too live 11 hours away. I have stayed in some of Siebert%26#39;s best homes. I am talking 10,000-11,000 sq ft mansions. One thing I must warn you, the back bay has A LOT of little annoying bug flying around so bring spray if you plan to sit outside.
