Hi, I%26#39;m trying to plan a vacation to Virginia Beach for late June/early July. Family includes teenagers. We are looking to stay in a 3-BD condo for a week. We want to be right on the beach and in a complex with a pool and not a private residence. Also need to be near restaurants and other things for the kids to do. I had looked at rooms at Sanctuary Resort but I%26#39;m not sure where this is in comparison to activities. Any help is appreciated!!

The Sanctuary is a condo resort in the Sandbridge section of Virginia Beach which is a residential beach where many people live year round, but many homes are vacation homes. There are only a couple restaurants and shops nearby. If you want to be able to walk to restaurants, shops, bars, games, and to enjoy the free entertainment on the Boardwalk, you want to be in the resort area proper, not Sandbridge which is about a 30 minute drive away.
Try these: Ocean Beach Club and Dolphin Run both advertise 3 bedrooms. But many of the suites condos and suites hotels may have adjoining rooms which might work for you - Turtle Cay, Capes Resort, Alamar, Four Sails, Colony Condominiums, Boardwalk Resort %26amp; Villas.
