Anything to do for the younger crowd?

Where do young adults hang out? What do they do?

Anything to do for the younger crowd?

I%26#39;m presuming you%26#39;re thinking of the evenings, since most everyone goes to the beach or hiking, biking, boating, fishing, jet-skiiing, etc. during the day. For nights, there are the usual bars with bands (';The Inn'; - Chincoteague Inn on Main St) or Chattie%26#39;s (above Don%26#39;s Seafood). The crowd at both is pretty much a mix as far as ages go - but there%26#39;s plenty of younger adults as well as the older folks on nights with music. There%26#39;s also some karaoke on different nights too which can get hilarious. For earlier evenings or younger ages, there is a movie theater- the Roxy - with 1st run movies. We%26#39;ve got a terrific bowling alley - Libertino Lanes, that%26#39;s fun %26amp; popular; and some teens %26amp; young adults can usually be found at The Creamery since they employ local teens. There are also the usual vacation type mini-golf %26amp; go-carts on Maddox Blvd. too - the locals don%26#39;t usually go there, but they%26#39;re fun for a date or on vacation.

Hope that helps!

Tina has it right.

Let me ad that the sunset cruises are great -- and if you kayak or bike that early evening is a great time for that.

The Wildlife Refuge runs nighttime nature walks and talks which are good for everyone.

There are several restaurants with bars in addition to the bigger Chincoteague Inn and Don%26#39;s -- both AJ%26#39;s and The Seashell Cafe have smaller quieter bars if you don%26#39;t want the louder music -- if you DO then the Inn and Don%26#39;s are great.

Don%26#39;t forget that Ocean City is only about 45 minutes away. A night at Seacrets and then a return to the relative quiet of Chincoteague is a good break -- and there is always the Boardwalk!
