We have 1 night to enjoy delicious fresh seafood. Not a fancy set-up. Would appreciate your opinions and suggestions..Thanks so much for your recommendations.

Several places on Shore Drive-on the bay side of the city are good. Dockside or Bubba%26#39;s is nice if you want to sit outside on the water. Very casual, but good food. Both are by the Lesner Bridge.

Also Chick%26#39;s Oyster Bar in the same area. I like the fried stuff at Chick%26#39;s and the broiled/ grilled stuff at Bubba%26#39;s. Dockside for steamed items. I have a weekend place within walking distance to all 3, so I%26#39;ve tried just about everything on their menu%26#39;s. Our favorite is the buffalo shrimp and the calamari at Chick%26#39;s. Surf Rider (@ Marina Shores) is also very good. They have awesome crab dip and the best crab cakes in town.

Thanks all!! Went to Dockside. Soft shells are in and they were great. Ate on the docks overloooking the water. Loved it!!

Glad you enjoyed it!! I didn%26#39;t notice you are from Chatt. when I first read the post. My mom lives in Hixson and little bro is at UTC! They love coming up here for the seafood.
