Colonial Williamsburg features Religion in April

For those planning a visit to Colonial Williamsburg this month, a special series about the role religion played in the formation of our nation is included in CW programming.

The month of April is observed as Religion Month at Colonial Williamsburg, with daily programming at the Hennage Auditorium highlighting the role of religion in everyday life in 18th Century Virginia.

Individual programs can be found at the CW daily program website: www.history.org/visit/eventsAndExhibits/

Thank you for alerting everyone to these programs.

Several years ago there was a wonderful man interpreting the Reverend Samuel Henley(I believe that was the name). However, we have not seen him the past few times we have visited.

This sounds like a very good series of programs.

This deserves a little bump. I%26#39;ve been doing some checking on these programs. I%26#39;m hoping to see, ';Faith of a Nation Builder';, which is Thomas Jefferson discussing his views on religion.
