Will be in Charlottesville on my birthday in June and would like to celebrate with a nice Sunday brunch. Would appreciate recommendations in or around Charlottesville. Thanks so much!
Sunday brunchThe Boars Head Inn on 250 W/Ivy Road has a wonderful brunch. You can also walk around the grounds of the Inn after- the gardens should be in full bloom. It%26#39;s an elegant setting, where you serve yourself at different stations and I have never been disappointed by the quality of the food.
La Taza on Monticello Ave off of Avon St (near the downtown) serves a menu brunch of Cuban/Central-South American influence with great coffee. It%26#39;s a small restaurant with outdoor seating and is popular with locals (I could sit there for hours and drink the coffee).
My teens like the Omni Hotel%26#39;s brunch on the Downtown Mall for it%26#39;s wide variety of choices. It%26#39;s held in their atrium and is a cheery place to eat.
