Hi, I%26#39;m dizzy with all the options!
Some suggestions/advice...
Going this summer with husband (history buff) and our two sons (15 months %26amp; 4 years old.) Would like to do a day at BG and a day at WC, but be close (like walking distance) to CW so that my husband could do his walks around when the kids and I are at the pool or napping. Questions...
Close enough hotel with pool?
Which ticket to purchase if we really only plan on going to BG and WC one day each?
Is it worth it to get a hotel/ticket package (like the bounce pass on the CW website?)
We are planning on staying for 4 days/3 nights.
Thanks for your help!!!!
Hotel/Tickets/Packages?!Hi, martatv-- The Williamsburg Inn and the Williamsburg Lodge are the closest hotels with pools, being on the Colonial Williamsburg ';campus'; and abutting the perimeter of the historic area. They are wonderful choices for walking out the door and ';being there';.
Also on property, but about a 10-minute walk or walk-shuttle away from the historic area is The Woodlands.
Other hotels within 1/2mile of the historic area are Governor%26#39;s Inn (a CW property), Patrick Henry Inn, Clarion Historic District and Hospitality House -- sorry, but I don%26#39;t actually know that the last 3 have pools.
