Im headed to the VA Beach this weekend and im looking for a good hip hop spot without a strict dress code. anyone got any suggestions

The majority of the ';clubs'; run on the same dress code- no chains, no construction style boots or shoes, no excessively baggy clothing, no bandanas, doo-rags, etc.
Any places that I can think of that were not too tight on dress code have all been shut down due to ABC violations or acts of violence. The only one I can think of that is still at the oceanfront area that isn%26#39;t under scrutiny right now is The Cave- because security there is strict.
