Sandbridge Realty Rental Property

Has anyone had any experience with a rental house named Aquadesiac? We are seriously thinking of renting this house but will not be able to visit before we make the reserevation. Any comment at all will be greatly appreciated.

We rent all the big ones. Aquadesiac look fine. Its only a few years old.
